Evelyn Carol Thompson Brown left this mortal existence to be with her mom and dad on August 21, 2014. She was 64 years old. She had a long battle with cancer and succumbed to the complications with her husband by her side.

(Stan) Brown and together they lived in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Las Vegas LDS Temple. She most recently served as Compassionate Service Leader in her ward. Her favorite calling was serving as an ordinance worker in the Las Vegas Temple. She influenced a lot of people with her sweet spirit and uplifting example. She had great compassion, and forgiveness. She loved her family and friends dearly and will be missed by all who knew her. Carol loved camping and fishing and she was a crack shot with her new .38 revolver!

Linden Smith (Dare) (1968)

I remember running into Carol, what seems like many years ago, she told me they had discovered a growth (benigh) in her and had removed it - the size of a football.  I'm so sorry for your loss to your family and loved ones.  Until we meet again.  Your friend, Linden Smith Dare
