Rebecca Larsen (Sickler) - Class Of 1969

SUNSET - Rebecca Larsen Sickler, age 67, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, February 21st, 2018.

She was born April 7th, 1950 to Duwain and Ruth Larsen. Rebecca grew up in Sunset, UT and graduated from Clearfield High in 1969.

Rebecca married David Sidney Sickler on November 2, 1973 in Ogden, Utah. They later made their home in Layton, Utah for 30 years. They were the loving parents of Aaron (Keitha) Sickler, Sarah (James) Berghout, Danamarie (Jared) Huggard, Jessica (Jeff) Barlow and Paulina (Brian) Huggard. They have 21 grandchildren.

Rebecca and David spent most of their adult lives as entrepreneurs in the commercial printing industry where they made countless lifelong friendships. They owned and operated Purr-Fection printing, located in Layton, UT and later worked together at Ogden Litho. They would eventually return to Rebecca’s childhood home in Sunset where they lived comfortably surrounded by friends and family.

Rebecca had a distinct sense of humor that was matched by her infectious laugh. She loved going on road trips, camping, knitting, and keeping her husband Dave in line. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, friends and pets. Among the many lessons we were blessed to learn from her was unbiased and abundant love and concern for others.
