Donna Lynne Johnson, 53, passed away on March 29, 2008 at her home. She was born on August 27, 1954 in Salt Lake City, Utah the daughter of Ira Donald “Don” and Marilyn (Barney) Eversole.

She married Carl Martin Johnson on August 27, 1990 in Evanston. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on February 22, 1992.

Donna was a kind and giving person who loved animals and the outdoors. She enjoyed hunting, needlepoint, embroidery and crochet. She bred and trained German Shepherds for police work and trained service working dogs.

She is survived by her husband, Carl, Bear River; sons: Jamie D. Johnson, and Trevor S. (Martha) Johnson, both of Evanston; Timothy L. Johnson, Roy, Utah; and BeauDee L. Johnson, Ft. Hood, Texas; daughters, Brianne (Henry) Schnitker, Union Star, Missouri; Heidi M. Adams, Bear River; Ashley (Danny) Hall, Provo, Utah; Lynde M. (Ronald) Childs, Evanston; her father, Ira Don (Ginger) Eversole, Evanston; her mother, Marilyn Barney Eversole, Clearfield, Utah; sisters, Robin (Craig) Butcher, Clearfield, Utah; Susan (Loyd) Williams, Blackfoot, Idaho; and LaRaine (Don) Spencer, Syracuse, Utah.

Visitation will be held at Crandall Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 1 from 6 until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 2 at 10 a.m. at the Elm Street L.D.S. Church. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at the Spanish Fork Cemetery in Spanish Fork, Utah.
