Lived graciously and courageously but ultimately died of complications from pancreatic cancer on June 11, 2014.

Born  March 21, 1946 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to Cora Mestas and Vincent Granado Sr.  Vince was an amazing family man and friend, he had a great capacity for love, life and a great story. There was always room at his home and at his table for anyone that stopped by.  He gave generously of all that he had and was always the first to offer help to anyone in need.  His family was not traditional by definition and was created on a foundation of love, each of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren knew that they held a piece of his heart.  He enjoyed camping and fishing with his friends and family.  Recently he was passionate about restoring his “Big Black Chevy Truck” you could always find him in his garage.  He spent 38 years working at and retired from HAFB.

His absence will be felt every day by those that loved him and shared his life.
