On September 8, 2014, David K. Bera's wonderful ride on this earth came to a conclusion unexpectedly.

Born on November 4, 1952, to James and Virginia Bera; Dave played football for Clearfield High School where he graduated. He lived life to the fullest, he liked to play guitar, loved traveling the country for his jobs and he had some fun adventures.

Dave is the father of three wonderful and talented children: Aaron, Adam and Rilee, who he cherished with all his heart. He is the grandfather of three beautiful boys who love him as much as he loved them.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents and son Adam Bera. He is survived by his children: Aaron (Dana) Bera, and Rilee Bera; sister, Debbie Berg; and niece, April Sanchez.He enjoyed a wonderful life exploring the state with long rides on his Harley and spending quality time with his family and friends. He was very giving and loving to those around him. He found humor in all aspects of his life and loved to laugh. He had a passion for fishing and camping. He had a brilliant mind. He will be missed and loved by many. Keep the wind at your back and may the sun warm upon your face. Ride on! We love you Dad/Grandpa!

Funeral Services for David will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Clearfield City Offices, 55 South State St., Clearfield. Visitation and sharing support will be held on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Clearfield City Cemetery.
