In Memory

Cindy Kay Evans (Bitton) - Class Of 1976

Our sweet “bug”, wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Cindy Bitton returned to the arms of our loving Heavenly Father, her earthly parents and brother.

Cindy was the 4th of nine children born to Noal T. and Grace Mecham Evans and was raised in South Weber, Utah. She then moved to Uintah where she and her husband enjoyed helping with Uintah days activities. Cindy graduated from Clearfield High School where she was a member of the Spikers Rodeo Club and served as an FFA officer and FFA Sweetheart.

In 1984, she married Brent Bitton and they were blessed with their wonderful son, Matthew, who was her world. Cindy especially loved spending time with her husband, son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. They were the joy of her life.

She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Uintah 1st Ward and followed the teachings of the Savior in the way she loved and served others.

Cindy worked at Candy Campus Day Care, Max Factor and Adams Avenue Parkway where she was known to many as “Troll of the Toll Bridge”, where she shared smiles a friendly greeting and her great positive attitude!

Cindy loved life and everyone! She enjoyed camping, scrapbooking, farming, and riding her horse, Max.

Aunt Cid was everyone’s favorite aunt. She made it a point to attend as many birthday parties, rodeos, and ball games as possible. She was a wonderful aunt full of laughter, fun and caring.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Brent, son, Matthew (Rachel) Bitton, grandchildren, Colton Lee, Kinli Rae and one granddaughter on the way; her siblings, Susan (Steve) Morlock, Noaleen “Bo” (Hugh) Holman, KayLynn (Gary) Grant, Todd (Dana) Evans, Connie (Bryan) Malone, Cheri (Kelly) Goss, and Heidi (Judd) Kendall, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Scott Evans, and a great-nephew, Tristan.

The family wants to express their gratitude to Dr. Diehl and staff for the years of special care they gave to Cindy.
