In Memory

Sue Ann Snow (Walts) - Class Of 1966

Sue Ann Snow Walts, our beloved mother and grandmother, loving friend and wife, left us on April 20, 2018, in Mesa, Arizona. She was born in Price, Utah, on August 25, 1948 to Erwin Lamph and Marcella Eliza Andersen Snow. She grew up in Kearns and Clearfield, Utah. She married her sweetheart and the love of her life, Victor George Walts, on November 22, 1966. They were later sealed in the Ogden LDS Temple. Vic and Sue spent many happy and wonderful years together until his untimely death on April 18, 2000.

Sue was passionate about her family and immensely enjoyed her grandchildren, spending countless hours watching over them excel in life, and creating lasting memories. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, traveling, sewing, shopping, dancing, and most of all, spending time with anything that involved her beloved family. She loved nothing better than having her family all around. Sue graduated from Clearfield High School and lived in Utah most of her life, only having recently moved to Arizona from Herriman, Utah, to enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful Superstition Mountains. She was a lifelong member of the LDS church, serving in many positions and making lasting friendships.

She is survived by daughters Wendy (Riding) and Rachel (Schaad) and their husbands, John Riding and Brian Schaad, whom she viewed as the sons she never had; cherished grandchildren Haydn (Kimberly) Slade, Josie Sue Slade, Oliver Slade, and Eliza Schaad. She is also survived by one brother, Tom Snow; and her current spouse, Kerry Rasmussen, with whom she enjoyed dancing, weekend trips, and trying new cuisines. We will dearly miss our beautiful Sue Ann and forever hold her in our hearts. We hope they serve Diet Coke in heaven!
