In Memory

Anne Marie Loock (Berglund) - Class Of 1985

Our wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother passed away at home surrounded by her loving family, after a battle with cancer.

She was born September 7, 1968, in Ogden, Utah, to James Edwin Loock and Harriet Gray Cover. She attended Clearfield High School where she met the love of her life, Michael P. Berglund. They both graduated in 1986. They were married on November 1, 1986. She and her husband were assigned to Mississippi, where he started his Navy Career.

While in Mississippi they had a son, Kevin Michael on January 10, 1988. They were sent to Naval Air Station Lemoore where they stayed for 18 years of service in the U.S. Navy. While in Lemoore they added to their family Tony J. Berglund August 3, 1990, and Nicole Ann Berglund August 7, 1992. Nicole passed away on June 5, 2012, from Cystic Fibrosis.

While Mike was busy with the Navy, Ann did allot of volunteer work, she loved the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts day camp. She would keep scores at baseball games. While volunteering her favorite was work with RJ Neutra School. There she helped teachers. She made copies, corrected papers, cleaned closets, and setup rooms to get them ready for summers.

Ann would like to give thanks to all the teachers at Neutra who allowed her into their rooms. Most of all Miss, Mrs. G., Mrs. Oxford, Miss. Ramos, Miss Kuntz, Mrs. Pettigrew, Miss Rapozo and Coach Mr. Wells. She loved traveling as a child, and over the years fishing, gathering rocks, doing doll shows and camping. Ann was an amazing daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. Words cannot express the sorrow and devastation we feel in losing her so early in life. Ann was good natured, her children, grandchildren will miss her phone calls, texts and Skype video.

Ann is survived by Michael, her loving husband of 31 years; her children, Kevin Michael (Stephanie), Tony J (Bryanna); grandchildren, Sophie Nikole, and Noah Michael; Ann's parents, James Edwin Loock, Harriet Gray Cover; in-laws, Paul and Deanie Berglund; mother-in-law, Ann Hubbel; brothers and sisters: Terry Loock (Wendy), Cheryl Potter (Wayne), Jay Loock (Tammy), James Phillips (Leslie), Patricia Loock; 20 nieces, nephews, great-aunts and lots of cousins.
