Our beloved husband and father, George Frederick Ward, 59, passed away
peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 1, 1945
to Clarence G. and Ora Bernice Christensen Ward. He married Noreen Lundwall on
June 4, 1970 in Salt Lake City in the Salt Lake Temple. After serving in the
Eastern Atlantic States mission for the LDS Church, he attended Weber State
College, following which he served in the U. S. Air Force. He spent 34 years
working as a computer robotics repair technician at Hill Air Force Base. He
enjoyed picnics with his family, his church callings, photography and
computers. He greatly loved his family and his greatest love and joy of his
life is his wife, sweetheart and eternal companion, Noreen. He is survived by
his wife Noreen, children Christeen Ward Hamberg, David Kirk Ward, Susan Ward
Henry, Annette Ward, Michelle Ward Smith, Steven George Ward, Michael Neal
Ward and Melissa Ward. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Che rilyn
Lundwall and brother-in-law Neal Lundwall. He is preceded in death by his
parents.
