Tommy E. Martinez passed away peacefully and unexpectedly, in his sleep on December 17, 2015. He was born in Durango, Colorado, to Meliquias (Melax) and Emma Garcia Martinez.

Tommy loved hunting and fishing and spending time in the mountains. He was a diehard Broncos fan and was able to attend a few games in Mile High Stadium, which he loved. He also loved spending time with his children and spent many mornings having breakfast with them. His favorite times were when he was spending time with all of his family. 

He was proud to be a veteran after serving his country in the Navy.

He will be missed by those who survive him, his loving partner Sheri and furry companion, Ese; his children Lorrie (Randy) Palmer, Krista (Chris) Hill, Zac (Kerry) Martinez, Angela (Vent) Abercrombie and Megan (Jesse) Espinosa. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. His surviving siblings are, Patsy (David)Fullwood, Helen (Gene) Gabaldon, Abe (Carol) Martinez, Lonnie (Jolanda) Martinez, Becky (Rick) Martinez, and Mark Martinez.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his faithful dog Nina.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at 10:00 am, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 4050 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 pm, at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm.

Interment at Clinton City Cemetery where military honors will be performed.
