Linda Larraine Fontenot Johnson passed away on Friday March 9, 2018, in Springfield, Oregon. She was born November 29, 1954, in Ogden, Utah, to Willard Fontenot and Lona Vera Cole Fontenot.

She grew up in Layton, Kaysville, and South Weber and graduated from Clearfield High. She has lived in Oregon, for the past 30 years.

She is survived by her son and two daughters: Troy Van Meer, Tami Van Meer, and Desiree Mitchell; seven grandchildren all of Oregon; her step-mother, Edith Fontenot of Syracuse, UT; brother, Larry Fontenot of West Valley City, UT; step-sister, Lynette Schofield of St George, UT; step-brothers, Cary Schofield of Roy, UT; and LaMont Schofield of Richland, WA.

She was predeceased by her parents; an infant brother; a sister, Carla DiMarco; and a step-sister, Vicki Frost.
