Steven C. Pace - Class Of 1966

February 11, 1948-February 16, 2010. Born in Clearfield Utah. Son of Eldon and Anna (Reese) Pace. He married Beverly Jean Epps, C.H.S. Class of 1969, on December 2, 1966. They were married for 34 years until Bev's untimely death on January 9, 2000. He then found, his high school sweetheart, Bonnie (Vanderwest) Branum. They had ten great years together serving as campground hosts in Southern Utah and culminating at Fort Buena Ventura in Ogden. Steve retired from Fairchild Semiconductor International in Salt Lake City and worked with Weber County (Property Management) for the last five years. Steve is survived by his daughters, Teresa (Sam) Sutherland, Danette (Randy) Rasmussen, brother John (Lanette) Pace, and loving companion Bonnie. Steve was preceeded in death by his parents, infant brother George, wife Beverly Jean, infant daughter Corina Rae, and infant great grandson Randy Allen.

Doug Russell (1967)

Our Steve was a gentle soul. I don't think he ever knowingly hurt anyone. We loved him. He wrote Silly Rabbit. He was our brother and our bandmate.
