Lester T. Wolfe of South Ogden passed away on Wednesday morning, October 12, 2016. He was born on August 17, 1945 in Ogden to Lester T. and Sylvia Lee Carter Wolfe. Lester grew up in Sunset, Utah with his brothers, David and Thomas and sister, Sylvia Ann.

Lester graduated from Clearfield High in 1963. Attended Weber College until moving to Michigan to pursue a career in Automotive Technology through the Ford Motor Company training programs.

Upon returning to Utah, he accepted a Senior Instructor position at the Clearfield Job Corps for the next 12 years.

He owned and operated Les's Place of Repair for almost 25 years, soon after he worked at Hill Air Force Base until he retired in 2014.

He is a past Exalted Ruler of Roy Elks Lodge and also a Master Mason.

His love and passion was off-road racing, cruising on his Harley with his longtime friends, tinkering on his hot rods or exploring the deserts of Arizona.

In 1965, Les married Jennette Lockhart. They shared 51 wonderful years together.

Lester leaves behind his wife, son, Todd (Lorey); daughter, Rebecca (Sean); brother, David (Wilda) Rawlins, WY; three grandchildren, Brittney, Keela, and Brianna; and his sister, Sylvia (Bill) Upton, Tooele. He was preceded in death by is his daughter, Sandra; both parents, and his brother, Thomas.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 North Fairfield Rd. Services entrusted to Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary.
