Kenny and I learned diving together. He had the "guts" to try the difficult dives off the high dive first and rescued me many times after belly flops. His positive approach stayed with me in later years.
Kenny was my debate partner. He was probably the smartest person I have ever known. Trying to keep up with him during our debate preps was an experience. When we went anywhere in his car it was what today we would call digital. Either full throttle or full brake. Full throttle maybe supplied 20 hp. But this also was an experience. I regret that we didn't stay in touch after CHS.
