PRICE, UTAH---

Connie Sue Hafer Slama, age 49, passed away November 15, 2013 after a two year battle with cancer. She was born June 17, 1964 in Redwood City, California to Robert C. Hafer and Geri Marburger. On March 1, 2002, she married Jeffery Wayne Slama in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Our beloved Connie devoted her life to the care of others. She was a stay at home mom who took great pride in raising her children and grandchildren. She was a kind soul with a deep love for animals, especially her dogs. She enjoyed camping, fishing and working on puzzles. Connie will be dearly missed by her family.

Survived by her husband, Jeff Slama, Price; her children, C. Celeste Hafer, Orlando, FL, Amber W. Hafer, Jaeden Robert Slama, Gabriella Ann Capri Slama, April (BJ) Benoit, Tiffany Ann Slama, all of Price; grandmother, Lillian Marburger, Redding, PA; brothers and sisters Todd (Kris) Hafer, Manhattan, KS, Keith (Mary) Hafer, Lisa (Ray) Vance, Tracy Bartram, all of Phoenix, AZ; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Albert (Mary Lou) Slama, Price; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Mike (Wendy) Slama, West Jordan, Patty (Jerry) Wilburn, Robert (Sylvia) Slama, both of Price; grandchildren, Trey, Arianna, McKayla and Adrien. Connie was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service, Tuesday, November 19, 2013, 11:00AM at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price.

Family will be at Mitchell’s Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to services.

Interment, Cliffview Cemetery, Price.
