In Memory

Debbie Dee Beazer (Porter) - Class Of 1973

Debbie Dee Beazer Porter of Syracuse, Utah passed away peacefully in her home the evening of August 20, 2014 at the age of 59, after a long battle with cancer. She was born June 29, 1955 in Ogden, Utah to Gary and Norma Beazer.

Debbie married Kevin Porter on May 14, 1974 in the Manti Temple. She dedicated her life to raising her four children and had a gift for creating family traditions filled with lasting memories.

Debbie belongs to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She taught her children how to magnify church callings through her example. She has a strong testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ and of Heavenly Father's plan. We are a forever family.

Debbie is survived by her husband Kevin Porter; children: Amy Dickie (Brent), Misty Black (David), Erin Valentin (Jorge) and Andrew Porter (Karlee); her eleven grandchildren: Reilly, Michaela, Savanna, Paige, Audrey, Bridger, Preston, Grace, Adam, Elizabeth and Priya; her mother Norma Beazer and siblings Ginger Johnson (Steve), Guy Beazer (Colleen) and the late Sandi Glauser (Lynn). Her father Gary Beazer and sister Sandi Glauser precede her in death.

Debbie's children would like to thank everyone for their support. We are especially grateful for our Dad. He was an amazing and selfless caregiver to Mom. We couldn't ask for better parents. We love you both so much!
