Joshua Chambers, age 41, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015.  He was welcomed into the world by his parents, Randy Dale Chambers (Roy) and Connie Wilde (Clearfield).  Josh was a gentle, caring soul, and was loved dearly by all who knew him.  He had a heart of gold and always had a smile on his face.  His greatest joy was spending time with and walking his best friend and companion dog, Cowboy. 

Josh is survived by his parents, his twin brother Justin Chambers, Clearfield; his older brother Jason Wilde, Clearfield; and his niece, Christina Chambers, Farmington.   He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Sterling Wilde and two uncles, Sterling Craig Wilde and Paul Wilde. 

Joshua, so special and loved.  You will be missed forever.
