Laura was born in Salt Lake City, UT on October 2, 1947, a daughter of Mary Catherine (McGlone) Denkins and the late John Thomas Denkins. As a child her father was a military man and she lived in many different places. Eventually they ended up in Clearfield, Utah where she met the man that she would spend her life with. Laura married Kenneth Davis “Class of 64 CHS” on June 4th, 1965 in Mulvane, KS. She loved to cook and take care of her family. She loved gardening and flowers, going to the lake and she loved children. Graveside Service will be held at Sardis Cemetery, Clayton, OK, at 10:00am on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014.
