Of all places, and in spite of the fact that I have a life-long dislike of the place and that neither of us attended school there, we met at BYU. Go ahead and laugh... I'm pretty sure God meant it as a joke.

Attended University of Utah where I was on the debate team. Later served an LDS mission in Hamburg, Germany, where I was lucky enough to be when the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, serving in Berlin itself about a month and a half later. Waited a lot of tables and became a sales rep before attending law school at the U of U. Was mostly a trial attorney before becoming General Counsel at a mortgage bank. Married, one kid left at home in 2014.
UPDATE 2021: Same wife, same kids, same house, same job. Older. Wiser?
