Got married in 1965. Since I had had my thyroid removed my senior year, the doctor said I would probably never have any children. So we didn't even worry about it. A month later I was expecting. Then every two years after that we were blessed with another child. 3 boys and then 2 girls. We also raised 2 Lamanite foster boys and our neighbors daughter who's mother died and she came to live with us.
We lived in Hooper, then moved to Great Falls, Montana, to Oklahoma for school with the FFA for my husband, then back to Montana, back to Hooper and then to Provo where my husband worked for BYU. Then we moved to Salem, Utah in 1994.
We are now serving as Managers of the Springville Home Storage Center as Service Missionaries. It is a special opportunity to be able to serve there to help people prepare for times of need with their food storage.
We love to go 4 wheeling, and camping in our 5th wheel trailer.
Most of all we love to spend time with our 5 children and 15 grandchildren plus the 8 grandchildren of our foster kids.
Can't wait to see all of our school friends.
For the past 5 years I have been running Half Marathons. Last year I ran 5.
